I will work together with you, your family and your primary care team to create a birth plan that feels both comfortable and exciting! I come to you with extensive experience and many options for how you want to do things, from the first few weeks of pregnancy all the way through the first few months of your babies life. My offerings are comprehensive and personalized.

Birth Doula Services

Standard Birth Package: $1800

  • Our initial consultation can take place over the phone, on zoom or in person! We will discuss what kind of doula support you are looking for and I will share more about my experience and approach.

    • Creating a comprehensive birth plan

    • Exercises and coaching to prepare your body for labor

    • Full access to my prenatal and postpartum resource library

  • Once hired I am available for your needs 24/7, providing comprehensive informative care, helping ease your anxiety, educating you on your options and coaching you through your pregnancy.

  • Starting at 38 weeks until the birth of your baby(s) I will be available for immediate phone support 24/7 and can be on my way to you within 1.5 hours.

    • Continuous emotional and physical support

    • Pain management techniques

    • Massage therapy

    • Hydrotherapy

    • Aromatherapy

    • Position changing/coaching

    • Techniques to get baby into an optimal position

    • Deep relaxation hypnotherapy

    • Breathing techniques

    • Family/partner support

    • Nutrition/hydration support

    • Working with your doctors/nurses and advocating for your birthing preferences

    • Help documenting your birth with photos (if desired)

    • C-sections

      • Continuous emotional and physical support throughout surgery

    • Skin-to-skin

    • Latching and breast feeding

    • Emotional and physical support during any immediate postpartum procedures

    • Creating a postpartum plan

    • Lactation support

    • Postpartum exercises and coaching

    • Reflections on the birth experience

  • In the case that I cannot make your birth for whatever reason, I will always have 2-3 trusted back ups to ensure you are not left without a doula during your labor

  • I charge $50/hour for additional labor time (if my schedule permits) as well as any requested additional prenatal visits.

Expanded Birth Package: $2600

    • This is usually done at 38 weeks. If you go into labor before then, the time will roll over to another postpartum visit

    • I will help you prepare your house for baby and postpartum

      • Stocking postpartum supplies

      • Running errands

      • Meal prepping for the freezer

      • Setting up sleeping arrangements

      • Etc.

    • Help packing your hospital bag with all the essentials

    • Help preparing siblings and other family for the new baby

    • I will make my schedule available to attend up to three prenatal appointments that you would like me to attend. This can include, meetings with your primary provider, childbirth classes, consultations with other care specialists, and more.

    • I charge $50 per additional appointment after the initial three

    • Meal train

    • Assessing and adjusting your postpartum plan

    • Sleep training tips for baby

    • Sleeping/healing tips for mom/family

    • Light housecleaning, meal prepping and organization

    • Support with herbal sitz bath, belly binding and baby care

    • Therapeutic parent coaching

    • Therapeutic sibling support

Birth only Package: $900

    • Creating a comprehensive birth plan

    • Full access to my prenatal and postpartum resource library

    • Prenatal and postpartum yoga exercises

    • Continuous emotional and physical support

    • Pain management

    • Massage therapy

    • Hydrotherapy

    • Aromatherapy

    • Rebozo exercises

    • Position changing/coaching

    • Getting baby into an optimal position using spinning babies techniques

    • Deep relaxation hypnotherapy

    • Breathing techniques

    • Family/partner support

    • Nutrition/hydration support

    • Working with your doctors and advocating for your birthing preferences

    • Help documenting your birth with photos (if desired)

    • C-sections

      • Continuous emotional and physical support throughout surgery

    • Support with decision making around babies first vaccines, circumcisions and more

  • I charge $50/hour for additional labor time (if my schedule permits)
