Hello friends, I’m so glad you’re here!

I’m Eloise, and I am a Colorado native with a deep love for birth work, movement, art, critical psychology, transformative justice, and the outdoors. As a birth doula, I bring not only professional expertise but also a warm, grounded presence rooted in years of study, community engagement, and hands-on experience.

My Training & Journey

My path into birthwork began during my master’s program, where I researched how birth experiences shape lifelong outcomes for mother and baby. That research confirmed what I’d long believed—that how we give birth matters deeply. I trained and certified through DONA International, and gained invaluable hospital experience with the Denver Health Doula Program. I’m proud to be an approved Medicaid provider, and I hold memberships with 9th Avenue Doulas (Rose Medical Center), Colorado Mountain Doulas, DoulaBUDS, DONA International, and the Colorado Doula Project. I’m trained as a bereavement doula through Stillbirthdays University and as a fertility coach through to The Wholesome Fertility Method.

Experience & Approach

Over the past few years, I’ve supported hundreds of families—through unmedicated births, epiduralized birth, VBACs, inductions and cesareans—walking clients from early pregnancy through the postpartum months. My approach is rooted in helping mothers navigate the stages of labor as well as the postpartum period with relaxation and a deep connection to their body and baby. Whether you’re planning a low‑intervention birth or navigating a more medicalized process, I’ll guide you through every option with clear, compassionate education and a trauma‑informed, justice‑centered lens. My goal is to help you feel informed, empowered and at ease.

Beyond the Birth Room

I’m also a partner, teacher, caregiver, grassroots organizer, researcher, and artist. My travels—from Kenya to Finland, Guatemala to China—have given me a global perspective on human health, birth, and sociopolitical challenges. I hold a BA in Social Justice Studies with an emphasis in Decolonial Pedagogy & Community-Based Organizing, and an MA in Critical Psychology and Human Services with focus on Birth, Neurodivergnce and Sensory Integration. I have trained in modalities including Ayurvedic and Chinese Medicine, Dance Movement Therapy, Buddhist Psychology, DBT, MI, TBRI, trauma‑informed practices, Reiki, Qigong, and Tai Chi.

My Commitment

At the heart of my practice is a commitment to holistic, justice‑oriented care. I honor each birthing person’s unique path and am here to support your choices, uplift your voice, and help create an experience that feels empowered and deeply held.

Let’s create something beautiful together!
